Summary, etc. The fact that quality of life is deteriorating in numerous cities all over the world and urban systems are having an impact on our plaorg’s ecosystems means that we must change how we currently create cities and the bases underpinning change processes. A new theoretical and instrumental framework must be established for designing new urban developments and above all, the regeneration of existing ones.
