The innovative project, an office space development intended for use by creative industries, is located inside the Colonia Condesa, an area recognized as one of the most creative in Mexico City. Sonora 13 is a development that looks to create a new, more flexible typology for the office. Preserving the original façade of the building and constructing upward, Iñaki Echeverría’s office offers an inventive vertical approach to modern architecture in dense communities in addition to a uniquely open-ended layout leaving the final use of the space up to the discretion of the occupants.
