Sonora 13 is a development that looks to create a new, more flexible typology for the office. Preserving the original façade of the building and constructing upward, Iñaki Echeverría’s office offers an inventive vertical approach to modern architecture in dense communities in addition to a uniquely open-ended layout leaving the final use of the space up to the discretion of the occupants.
