Ontario’s first mass timber commercial building in over a hundred years, 80 Atlantic pioneers a new urban office typology for potentially many more timber frame projects across the province. Designed by Quadrangle for Hullmark, with partner BentallGreenOak on behalf of Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada, the new 90,000-square-foot, five-storey building completes a courtyard with 60 Atlantic (also realised by Quadrangle and Hullmark) to create a paired commercial development.
